Refund conditions

  1. Right of withdrawal Customers of our e-commerce store benefit from a right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of their order. During this period, they can inform us of their decision to return the purchased product(s) and request a refund.

  2. Return conditions Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by all possible accessories. Personalized or perishable products cannot be returned or refunded, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  3. Returns procedure To exercise their right of withdrawal, customers must contact us by email or telephone to inform us of their intention to return the product(s). We will then provide them with detailed return instructions.

  4. Return costs Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of non-conformity of the product or manufacturing defect. In this case, we will cover the return costs and we undertake to provide a prepaid return label.

  5. Verification and reimbursement Upon receipt of the returned product(s), we will verify the conformity of the product(s). Once verified, we will refund the customer within 30 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
